SPV-software
The SPV software is a database software solution for the visualization and documentation of processes that are controlled and / or monitored using the HIE products Akzent 2000, Akzent 3000 or Q-MOD. The SPV software is installed on a server. This is connected to the network participants via Ethernet. The process data are continuously transferred from the respective network participant to the higher-level server and stored there in a database. The stored process data can then be called up and visualized with any browser-compatible device. The SPV software enables the following functions:
- Archiving of process data for each individual welding spot using a unique ID
- Assignment of identification parameters for later sorting and searching
- Table overview of the mean values per weld with should / is comparison
- Color highlighting of the faulty welds
- Representation of the curves per weld spott with should / is curve
- Presentation of the stored monitoring limits and envelopes
- Extensive search functions by date, time, program number, program name, order number, process feature etc.
- Convenient creation of reference curves for the monitoring functions
- Export of mean values and curve profiles in CSV format
- Backup routine for outsourcing the data to a higher-level archive
- Station management of network participants (Akzent 2000, Akzent 3000, Q-MOD)
